Funding Your Predicta Account
Before you can trade, you need to add funds. Predicta supports multiple payment providers suited to different regions.How to Open the Fund Modal
Two entry points both open the same funding modal:- “Add Funds” — button in the top navigation bar (visible on all pages when logged in)
- “Top Up” — button at the bottom of the sidebar
- Select provider — choose your payment method
- Complete payment — the form for that provider loads automatically
Supported Payment Providers
Available providers are determined automatically by your country. The fund modal only shows providers available in your region.Providers by Country

Steps
- Select PalmPay
- Enter the deposit amount
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment
- Funds are credited once the payment is confirmed
Cryptocurrency (NowPayments)
Cryptocurrency (NowPayments)
Steps
- Select Crypto
- Enter the deposit amount
- Choose your cryptocurrency (USDC recommended for stable value)
- Send to the provided wallet address
- Funds are credited after blockchain confirmation — usually a few minutes
Crypto deposits require blockchain confirmation. This typically takes a few minutes but may vary by network congestion.
SWIFT Bank Transfer
SWIFT Bank Transfer
Steps
- Select SWIFT
- Enter the deposit amount
- You’ll receive wire transfer instructions — bank name, account details, and a reference code
- Initiate the transfer from your bank, including the reference code
- Funds are credited after the transfer is received and verified
SWIFT transfers typically take 1–5 business days. Always include the reference code so your payment can be matched to your account.
Paystack (Card & Mobile Money)

Steps
- Select Paystack
- Enter the deposit amount
- Click “Continue to Payment” — you’re redirected to Paystack’s secure checkout
- Pay by debit card or mobile money
- Funds are credited instantly after a successful payment
INMBank

Steps
- Select INMBank
- Enter the deposit amount
- Follow the on-screen bank transfer instructions
- Funds are credited once the deposit is confirmed
M-Pesa
M-Pesa
Steps
- Select M-Pesa
- Enter the deposit amount
- Enter your M-Pesa phone number
- Approve the STK push prompt on your phone
- Funds are credited instantly
Understanding Your Balance
Balance Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Available Balance | Funds ready to trade or withdraw right now |
| In Suspense | Funds reserved for your open (unfilled) orders — released when orders fill or are cancelled |
| Total Balance | Available + In Suspense |
Balance Display
Your balance is shown in your display currency (e.g. USD, KES). Hover over any balance to see:- The exact USD equivalent (the real-world reference value)
- The current exchange rate:
1 USD ≈ X {your currency}
When Funds Appear

Payment History
Track all your deposits from the Payments page (sidebar):- Click “Payments” in the sidebar
- See all transactions with: Date, Reference, Amount, Provider, Status, and Actions
Payment Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payment initiated, awaiting provider confirmation |
| Completed | Payment successful, funds credited to your account |
| Failed | Payment did not go through — no funds were taken |
Troubleshooting
Payment Not Showing
- Check Payments in the sidebar for the payment status
- Verify the payment completed on the provider’s side
- Wait a few minutes for confirmation
- Contact support if the issue persists after 30 minutes
Insufficient Funds Error When Trading
- Check your available balance — In Suspense funds cannot be used for new trades
- Cancel open orders from the Orders page to free up suspended funds
- Add more funds if needed
