Learn how to withdraw your winnings and funds from your Predicta account.

Overview

You can withdraw funds from your Predicta account to your bank account or mobile money.

Withdrawal Methods

• Bank Transfer: For bank account withdrawals
• Mobile Money: For mobile money account withdrawals

Setting Up Withdrawal Methods

First Time Setup

1. Go to Withdrawals Page:
   • Click “Withdrawals” in the sidebar
2. Add Withdrawal Method:
   • Click “Add New Method”
   • Choose method type:
     • Bank Transfer: For bank account
     • Mobile Money: For mobile money account

For Bank Transfer

1. Select your bank from the list
2. Enter account number
3. Enter account name
4. Save method for future use

For Mobile Money

1. Select provider (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, etc.)
2. Enter mobile number
3. Save method for future use

Requesting a Withdrawal

Step 1: Navigate to Withdrawals

1. Go to “Withdrawals” page
2. Click “New Withdrawal”

Step 2: Select Withdrawal Method

1. Choose from your saved methods
2. Or add a new one if needed

Step 3: Enter Amount

1. Enter amount to withdraw
2. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply
3. Check your available balance
4. System will show fees if applicable

Step 4: Select Currency

1. Choose currency (must match your account currency)
2. Verify conversion rates if applicable

Step 5: Review and Submit

1. Review withdrawal details
2. Check amount and method
3. Click “Submit Withdrawal”

Tracking Withdrawals

Withdrawal Status

• PENDING: Request submitted, awaiting processing
• PROCESSING: Being processed by payment provider
• COMPLETED: Funds sent successfully
• FAILED: Processing failed (contact support)
• CANCELLED: You cancelled the withdrawal

Viewing Withdrawal History

1. Go to Withdrawals page
2. See all your withdrawal requests
3. Track status of each
4. View details and timestamps

Cancelling Withdrawals

You can cancel pending withdrawals:

1. Find the withdrawal in your history
2. Click “Cancel” if status is PENDING
3. Funds will be returned to your account
